Delivery Policy
It is our policy that we will endeavour to despatch fabric orders on the same or next working day.*

We charge an absolute maximum of £6.99 per order for delivery in the UK. In the UK you can order as much as you like safe in the knowledge that you will never be charged more for postage per order. All orders are sent by Parcel Force and must be signed for. All orders of between 1-3 metres are charged at £4.99 and are sent by Royal Mail 1st class.

For the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and the Irish Republic the above postal charges do not apply. Please see European prices below.

We ship worldwide. If you have any questions regarding shipping or are concerned about the cost then please email us at mail@totallyfabrics.co.uk . In some cases the shipping charges will be much less than quoted here. We often adjust shipping prices in YOUR favour once we know the exact shipping cost. We do not make any money on shipping costs, our aim is to charge you exactly what it costs us to ship your order.  

For overseas customers postage charges are as follows: All items are sent by Royal Mail International and must be signed for.

You will be responsible for the goods once received by you. Ownership of goods shall pass to you only when totallyfabrics.co.uk have been fully paid. If we cannot deliver goods to you at the specified address for any reason we will store the products. We will then notify you if this situation arises to arrange another delivery. A redelivery charge will apply.
*totallyfabrics.co.uk will not be held liable for delays in any delivery caused by a third party.
